Because we partner with multiple global vendors and manufacturers, items in a single order may be shipped from different facilities using different shipping methods.

- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 10-20 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery in 5-10 business days (varies by vendor).
- Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

To get your products to you as fast as possible, we do not wait for all items to arrive in one location before shipping. This means multiple items in the same order may arrive in separate packages at slightly different times. You will receive a separate tracking number for each package.

Once your order is processed and shipped, we will automatically sync the tracking number(s) to your Shopify profile. You will receive an automated email containing your tracking information. You can track your order directly on our Order Tracking Page or via global tracking platforms like 17TRACK.

5. Shipping Delays & Customs
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delivery dates are not guaranteed due to potential delays in transit, customs processing, or international logistics. We are not responsible for customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Incorrect Addresses & Lost Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is completely accurate at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
